WHAT AIRLINES SERVE COLUMBIA REGIONAL?
Delta Air Lines provides commercial air service at Columbia Regional Airport. In August 2008, Northwest Airlink began providing non-stop service to Memphis International Airport in Memphis, Tennessee, with 3 daily roundtrip flights Sunday through Friday and two flights on Saturday. In December 2008 Northwest Airlines merged with Delta Air Lines. The service is the same but the name has changed to Delta Connection. With connections to more than 1,000 cities in 160 countries on six continents, and nearly 90 non-stop destinations, the Memphis hub provides extensive connecting opportunities to cities throughout the world.

WHAT TYPE OF AIRCRAFT IS USED ON THE COMMERCIAL FLIGHTS?
All service to and from Columbia utilize a 50-seat Regional Jet, which offers in-flight service, a flight attendant and a restroom.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR A TICKET FROM COLUMBIA REGIONAL AIRPORT?
Ticket prices vary depending on your destination, the dates of the trip and how far in advance reservations are made.  All fares will include fees and taxes and are subject to change at any time as determined by the airline.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE OF THE FLIGHT SHOULD I CHECK IN?
The recommended check-in time for flights out of Columbia Regional is at least one (1) hour prior to scheduled flight time. The airline will not accept check-ins or baggage less than 30 minutes prior to departure. The ticket counter closes at 30 minutes prior to departure.

WILL MY BAGGAGE BE CHECKED THROUGH TO MY DESTINATION EVEN THOUGH I AM TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER PLANE IN MEMPHIS?
If you check baggage when you arrive at the airport, it will be routed to your destination if you booked your trip as one transaction. 

WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR THE DELTA CONNECTION COUNTER?
The counter will be staffed from 4:30 a.m.to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.on Sundays.  No ticketing will be done during flight times and the ticket counter closes at 5:00 p.m.everyday.  

WHAT IS THE LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE FOR DELTA CONNECTION FLIGHTS OUT OF COLUMBIA REGIONAL?
Delta Connection will follow the same luggage allowance policy as Delta Air Lines.  Delta Air Lines reservations at 1-800-221-1212 .

WHAT ARE THE REGULATIONS FOR CARRY-ON ITEMS?
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is responsible for screening operations at Columbia Regional.

WHO DO I CALL TO SEARCH FOR A LOST ITEM?
For lost and found items, contact the Airline at 573-874-7508 (Press 2) or the Airport Safety Office at 573-817-5063.

WILL I NEED TO GO THROUGH SECURITY AGAIN AT MEMPHIS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
You will remain in the secured area when arriving at the Memphis airport and will not need to need to go through security again when making your connections.

WHAT ARE THE PARKING FEES AT COLUMBIA REGIONAL?
Parking at Columbia Regional is FREE! Terminal parking is lighted, next to the Terminal, and patrolled 24/7 by Airport Safety Officers.

CAN YOU CHARTER A FLIGHT AT COLUMBIA REGIONAL?
Central Missouri Aviation (CMA) can assist you with chartered flights by calling them at 573-443-1576. 

IS GROUND TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO AND FROM COLUMBIA REGIONAL?
Yes, ground transportation is available but you will need to call in advance to schedule reservations.  Contact information for service to Columbia, Jefferson City and the Lake of the Ozarks area is listed below.  Rates are subject to change so please confirm prices before making reservations.

Parking is free! Terminal parking is lighted, next to the Terminal, and patrolled 24/7 by Airport safety officers.

Rental Car Service

Hertz and Enterprise have convenient car rental service counters location in the main terminal. For reservations or rates, call Hertz at (573) 449-0077 and Enterprise at (573) 442-3254.
